Applicability. The EU Data Act can apply differently depending on the service, customer role and data involved. This statement describes WEBDANGER’s general operational approach and does not replace the terms agreed for a specific project or managed service.
Access and portability. Eligible customers may request available exportable data and reasonable assistance with migration or provider switching. The available format, timing, security checks and any legally permitted charges depend on the relevant service and contract.
Protected interests. Requests remain subject to authentication, privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual-property and trade-secret safeguards. Send requests to hello@webdanger.com with the service, account, requested data and intended recipient clearly identified.
