Last updated: 29 August 2026
This Company & Legal Notice identifies the legal entity operating WEBDANGER and provides the principal corporate, contact and consumer-facing information concerning the WEBDANGER website, associated online services and digital products.
This notice should be read together with the other legal documents applicable to the relevant WEBDANGER service, including the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie & Tracking Policy and any product-specific terms or notices.

Tax identification information:
VAT identification information is stated only after verification against the current official Czech tax registration record. Until that verification is complete, this notice does not make a categorical representation about VAT-payer or identified-person status. Any legally required tax-identification information will be shown on the website, checkout, invoices and other relevant customer documentation.
2. WEBDANGER is a trading brand
WEBDANGER is a commercial and trading brand of boxbank s.r.o.
WEBDANGER is not a separate company or separate legal person.
Unless a particular order, contract, invoice, service-specific notice or other binding document expressly identifies a different contracting party, the legal entity providing services under the WEBDANGER brand is boxbank s.r.o.
Accordingly, references in WEBDANGER legal documentation to:
- “WEBDANGER”;
- “we”;
- “us”;
- “our”;
- “Company”;
- “Provider”;
- “Service Provider”;
- or similar expressions
mean boxbank s.r.o., unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
The use of the name boxbank in the corporate name does not mean that WEBDANGER is a bank, credit institution, payment institution, electronic money institution, investment firm or other regulated financial institution.
WEBDANGER provides digital, creative, software, infrastructure and technology-related services. No regulated financial service is provided merely because the legal operator is named boxbank s.r.o.
3. Contact details
General, commercial, customer-service, complaint and legal communications may be addressed to:
Email: contact@webdanger.com
Telephone: +420 734 627 827
Email is the primary channel for support and legally significant communications. Telephone availability may vary.
For matters where a written record may be important — including contracts, complaints, consumer rights, privacy requests, intellectual-property notices, payment disputes or other legal communications — email is the preferred communication channel.
Postal correspondence may be sent to the registered office:
boxbank s.r.o. Jana Palacha 510/50 278 01 Kralupy nad Vltavou Czech Republic
Unless a service-specific notice states otherwise, the above contact details are the official contact details for WEBDANGER.
4. Websites, applications and services covered
Unless a specific product or service identifies another operator or provides separate legal terms, this notice applies to WEBDANGER services operated by boxbank s.r.o., including:
- webdanger.com;
- WEBDANGER subdomains;
- client dashboards and customer portals;
- account areas;
- web applications;
- mobile or desktop applications provided under the WEBDANGER brand;

- security-related tools;
- monitoring interfaces;
- cloud or hosting control panels;
- domain-related interfaces;
- AI-powered features;
- support interfaces;
- APIs;
- and other online services clearly presented as WEBDANGER services.
A specific product may have additional or more specific legal conditions. Where that occurs, the product-specific conditions supplement this notice and may take precedence on matters specifically governed by them.
5. Nature of WEBDANGER services
WEBDANGER operates as a digital studio and technology-services brand.
Depending on the particular offering, WEBDANGER services may include:
- website strategy, design and development;
- landing pages and corporate websites;
- e-commerce development;

- technical monitoring;
- website diagnostics;
- cybersecurity-related tools and technical services;
- performance testing;
- maintenance;
- technical support;
- consulting;
- and related digital or technology services.
The availability of a category in this notice does not mean that every listed service is available at all times or in every country.
The actual service purchased by a customer is determined by the applicable service page, order, quotation, statement of work, subscription, checkout, invoice, accepted proposal or other contractual record.
6. Business customers and consumers
WEBDANGER may provide services to both:
Business customers (B2B) — persons or entities acting for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft or profession.
and
Consumers (B2C) — natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
Different statutory rules may apply depending on the customer's legal status.
Consumer protections that are mandatory under applicable law are not excluded or reduced by this notice, by the Terms of Service or by any other WEBDANGER contractual document.
A person purchasing a WEBDANGER service for business or professional purposes may not have the same statutory rights as a consumer.
Where customer status is relevant, WEBDANGER may ask the customer to provide appropriate billing, company or professional information.
7. Contracting entity
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, a customer purchasing or ordering a WEBDANGER service enters into a contractual relationship with:
boxbank s.r.o.
The fact that marketing, invoices, interfaces or communications display the WEBDANGER brand does not create a separate contracting entity.
An invoice, quotation or order may therefore display both:
WEBDANGER and boxbank s.r.o.
provided that the legal contracting entity remains clearly identifiable.
8. Formation of contracts
The mere availability of information on the WEBDANGER website does not necessarily constitute a binding contractual offer.
Depending on the service, a contract may be formed through one or more of the following:
- acceptance of an individual proposal;
- confirmation of an order;
- completion of an online checkout;
- acceptance of applicable Terms of Service;
- payment of an invoice or deposit where the relevant offer provides that payment constitutes acceptance;
- signature of a contract or statement of work;
- activation of a paid subscription;
- written confirmation by WEBDANGER;
- or another legally recognised method of concluding a contract.
The exact contract-formation mechanism applicable to a service is governed by the relevant Terms of Service, checkout information, proposal, order form or individual agreement.
For consumer contracts concluded at a distance, WEBDANGER will provide legally required pre-contract information and contractual confirmation in accordance with applicable law.
9. Website information and binding representations
WEBDANGER takes reasonable steps to keep publicly displayed information accurate and current.
However, service descriptions, availability, examples, estimated timelines, demonstrations, portfolio items, feature descriptions and indicative prices may change.
Where applicable consumer law treats pre-contract information as part of the contract, mandatory consumer-law rules prevail.
Nothing in this notice permits WEBDANGER to retrospectively remove a right that a customer has already acquired under a binding contract or under mandatory law.
10. Pricing
Prices are displayed in the currency stated next to the relevant offer or service.
Where a consumer can conclude a paid contract online, the customer must be given the information required by applicable law before becoming bound by the order.
Where the total price cannot reasonably be calculated in advance because the service is individually scoped, the method of calculating the price or the basis on which a quotation is prepared may be communicated instead.
Additional third-party costs may apply to certain projects, for example:
- domains;
- servers;
- cloud infrastructure;
- third-party software;
- licensed assets;
- paid APIs;
- advertising budgets;
- external platforms;
- payment-processing fees where legally permissible;
- or other services purchased from third parties.
Such costs must be handled in accordance with the applicable quotation, order, Terms of Service or individual agreement.
11. Taxes
The VAT-payer and identified-person status of boxbank s.r.o. must be determined from its current official Czech tax registration record at the time of the relevant transaction.
No DIČ is therefore published in this notice.
This status may change as the business expands, including as a result of domestic or cross-border transactions, the receipt or supply of certain services, or other tax-registration triggers.
Tax treatment may depend on factors including:
- the location of the customer;
- whether the customer is a business or consumer;
- the place-of-supply rules applicable to the relevant service;
- the type of service;
- applicable domestic or cross-border tax rules;
- and any future VAT or identified-person registration of boxbank s.r.o.
WEBDANGER will update legally required website, checkout, invoice and contractual information if its tax-registration status changes.
Nothing on the website should be interpreted as individual tax advice to a customer.
12. Electronic communications
Customers may communicate with WEBDANGER electronically.
Where permitted by law and appropriate to the relevant transaction, contractual notices, invoices, confirmations, service information and other records may be delivered electronically.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for maintaining access to that address.
Where the law requires information to be provided on a durable medium, WEBDANGER may provide it by email, downloadable document or another method that satisfies the applicable legal requirement.
13. Consumer complaints
A consumer who is dissatisfied with a WEBDANGER service should first contact WEBDANGER so that the issue can be assessed and, where appropriate, resolved directly.
Complaints may be submitted to:
contact@webdanger.com
Postal complaints may be submitted to:
boxbank s.r.o. Jana Palacha 510/50 278 01 Kralupy nad Vltavou Czech Republic
Information concerning complaint handling, statutory rights relating to defective performance, withdrawal rights and other consumer remedies may also appear in the Terms of Service or another applicable consumer notice.
Nothing in this section limits a mandatory consumer remedy.
14. Alternative dispute resolution for consumers
If a dispute arising from a contract for goods or services between WEBDANGER and a consumer cannot be resolved directly, the consumer may, where legally eligible, seek out-of-court resolution of the dispute.
For ordinary consumer disputes falling within its competence, the competent Czech alternative dispute resolution entity is generally:
Czech Trade Inspection Authority Česká obchodní inspekce (ČOI) Central Inspectorate — ADR Department Gorazdova 1969/24 120 00 Prague 2 Czech Republic
Email: adr@coi.gov.cz
Website: https://coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/
The jurisdiction of ČOI does not extend to every possible regulated sector. A different competent authority may apply where the subject matter of a dispute falls within a specially regulated field.
WEBDANGER will provide additional ADR information where required by applicable law.
15. Former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform
The European Union Online Dispute Resolution platform formerly established under Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 has been discontinued.
Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 repealed Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 with effect from 20 July 2025.
Accordingly, WEBDANGER does not publish or rely upon an obsolete link to the former EU ODR platform.
The discontinuation of that platform does not remove any rights a consumer may have to use an applicable national or other legally recognised alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
16. Intellectual property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, original material made available through WEBDANGER websites and services — including original text, branding, visual design, interface design, graphics, illustrations, software, source code, documentation, layouts and other original materials — is owned by boxbank s.r.o., licensed to boxbank s.r.o., or otherwise used lawfully.
Use of WEBDANGER materials may be protected by:
- copyright law;
- trademark law;
- database rights;
- software licensing rules;
- unfair-competition rules;
- contractual restrictions;
- and other applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party trademarks, logos, photographs, software, libraries, fonts, APIs, datasets and other third-party materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
Nothing in this Legal Notice transfers intellectual-property ownership to a website visitor or customer.
Intellectual-property rights in custom client work are governed by the applicable Terms of Service, proposal, statement of work, licence or individual agreement.
Copyright complaints and, where applicable, DMCA-related notices are governed by the separate Copyright & DMCA Policy.
17. Portfolio, examples and demonstrations
WEBDANGER may display portfolio projects, demonstrations, mock-ups, screenshots, case studies or examples of work.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- portfolio material is provided for informational and promotional purposes;
- demonstration interfaces may not represent a currently available production service;
- references to third-party brands do not imply ownership of those brands;
- a project shown in a portfolio may include third-party content or technology;
- and functionality shown in a demonstration may differ from the final customer implementation.
Any client-confidential material must be handled in accordance with the applicable contractual and confidentiality obligations.
18. Third-party services
WEBDANGER services may integrate, depend upon or link to third-party products and infrastructure, including, for example:
- cloud providers;
- hosting providers;
- domain registries and registrars;
- DNS providers;
- content-delivery networks;
- payment processors;
- email providers;
- analytics providers;
- AI-model providers;
- external APIs;
- security providers;
- advertising platforms;
- and software-as-a-service providers.
The use of a third-party service may be governed by that third party's own terms, privacy documentation, acceptable-use rules and technical limitations.
A link to or integration with a third party does not by itself mean that boxbank s.r.o. owns, controls or guarantees that third party.
Nothing in this section excludes liability where such exclusion would be prohibited by mandatory law.
19. External links
WEBDANGER websites may contain links to external websites.
External websites are generally controlled by their respective operators.
WEBDANGER is not responsible for the content, security, availability or legal practices of an external website merely because a link to that website appears on a WEBDANGER page.
Users should review the applicable terms and privacy information of external services they choose to use.
20. Geographic availability
WEBDANGER may make information available globally.
However, the availability of the website in a country or language does not automatically mean that:
- every service is offered in that jurisdiction;
- WEBDANGER actively targets that jurisdiction;
- every payment method is available there;
- every service can legally be supplied there;
- or local law permits every advertised functionality.
WEBDANGER may restrict or refuse a service where required by:
- applicable law;
- sanctions;
- export-control requirements;
- payment-provider restrictions;
- fraud or security controls;
- third-party supplier restrictions;
- or other legitimate compliance requirements.
Service availability may therefore vary by country, customer and product.
21. Sanctions and restricted transactions
As a company established in the Czech Republic and the European Union, boxbank s.r.o. is subject to applicable Czech and European Union sanctions and restrictive measures.
WEBDANGER does not undertake to supply a service where doing so would violate applicable sanctions, export controls or other mandatory restrictions.
The availability of a translated website, including a Russian-language or other regional-language version, does not by itself constitute a commitment to provide services to every person or entity using that language.
Additional screening may be performed where legally or commercially appropriate.
Detailed sanctions, prohibited-use and customer-eligibility provisions may be included in the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use & Abuse Policy.
22. No regulated professional or financial service implied
Unless WEBDANGER expressly identifies a particular service as being supplied through an appropriately authorised provider, WEBDANGER does not hold itself out as providing regulated:
- banking;
- payment;
- investment;
- insurance;
- legal;
- tax;
- medical;
- accounting;
- or other licensed professional services.
Technical tools, AI outputs, website content, diagnostics, automated recommendations and general informational materials are not a substitute for regulated professional advice where such advice is required.
23. Availability and technical changes
WEBDANGER may modify, improve, replace, suspend or discontinue website functionality and non-contractual public features.
Paid or contractually committed services remain subject to their applicable contractual terms and mandatory law.
Maintenance, security work, third-party failures, force majeure events or technical incidents may affect website availability.
More detailed service-level, suspension and availability provisions may be included in the Terms of Service or service-specific agreement.
24. Security communications
Security vulnerabilities or suspected security issues relating to a WEBDANGER system should be reported responsibly through the contact channels made available by WEBDANGER.
Unless a dedicated security address is later published, reports may be sent to:
contact@webdanger.com
Security testing against systems not owned by the reporting person must not be performed without lawful authority.
A separate responsible-disclosure or vulnerability-disclosure policy may be published for services where appropriate.
25. Privacy and personal data
Information about the processing of personal data by WEBDANGER is provided in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, additional privacy notices.
The Privacy Policy should be consulted for information regarding matters including:
- categories of personal data;
- purposes of processing;
- legal bases;
- recipients and processors;
- international transfers;
- retention;
- cookies and tracking;
- data-subject rights;
- contact procedures;
- and other GDPR or regional privacy information.
This Company & Legal Notice is not a substitute for the Privacy Policy.
26. Cookies and tracking
Use of cookies, analytics, advertising technologies, local storage and similar technologies is governed by the separate Cookie & Tracking Policy and the consent controls made available on the website.
Where prior consent is legally required, non-essential technologies should not be activated before the required consent has been obtained.
27. Artificial intelligence and automated functionality
WEBDANGER may use artificial-intelligence technologies in certain products, workflows or support features.
Where applicable, additional information about AI-assisted functionality, automated processing, transparency and the handling of data may be provided in the Data & AI Transparency Notice, Privacy Policy or relevant product documentation.
The presence of an AI-enabled feature does not alter the identity of the legal service provider unless expressly stated otherwise.
28. Hosting, cloud and intermediary-related services
Where WEBDANGER provides hosting, cloud, domain, DNS, intermediary or similar infrastructure-related services, additional statutory or contractual requirements may apply.
Those services may therefore be subject to:
- Acceptable Use & Abuse rules;
- notice-and-action procedures;
- Digital Services Act information;
- security requirements;
- suspension procedures;
- data portability or switching rules;
- infrastructure-specific terms;
- or additional product documentation.
This Legal Notice does not replace those service-specific obligations.
29. Language versions
The English version of this notice is maintained as the WEBDANGER master drafting version.
WEBDANGER may provide translations into other languages.
Translations must not be interpreted in a way that removes or limits mandatory rights under the law applicable to a consumer.
Where applicable law requires pre-contract information or contractual information to be supplied in a particular language, WEBDANGER will provide the required information in accordance with that law.
For customers in the Czech Republic acting as consumers, legally required consumer information must be made available in Czech where Czech law requires it.
A clause stating that English is the “master” version does not override mandatory consumer-protection rules.
30. Accessibility of legal information
WEBDANGER aims to make essential legal and contact information reasonably easy to locate and access.
Links to the principal legal documents should be available from persistent areas of the website, such as the footer or legal-navigation section.
The legal identity of the operator should not be hidden behind registration, payment or account creation.
31. Changes to this notice
WEBDANGER may update this Legal Notice to reflect:
- changes to corporate information;
- changes to contact details;
- changes to services;
- changes to tax status;
- changes to the website structure;
- legal or regulatory developments;
- corrections;
- or improvements in transparency.
The current version will state its latest revision date.
A change to this notice does not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen under a contract or under mandatory law.
32. Relationship with other WEBDANGER legal documents
This document principally identifies the operator and provides company-level legal information.
Other matters are governed in greater detail by separate documents, including, where applicable:
- Terms of Service
- Privacy Policy
- Cookie & Tracking Policy
- Acceptable Use & Abuse Policy
- Data & AI Transparency Notice
- Digital Services Act Notice
- EU Data Act Notice
- Copyright & DMCA Policy
- Data Processing Addendum
- Subprocessor List
- Consumer Rights / Withdrawal information
- Regional privacy or service addenda
Where a specific signed or individually negotiated agreement conflicts with general public terms, the contractual hierarchy stated in the applicable agreement or Terms of Service applies, subject always to mandatory law.
