LEGAL / TERMS

Clear expectations.

Written scope first.

These terms separate public website information, portfolio material and preliminary estimates from an agreed commercial engagement.

01 / TERMS

Information, not a contract.

Website content is general information. Prices marked “from”, automated checks and example scopes are not binding quotations. A project starts only after both parties accept written scope and commercial terms.

02 / TERMS

Published work and references.

Portfolio entries may describe completed work, selected contributions or authorized public references. Each entry should state the real scope accurately and does not transfer rights to client trademarks, data or unrelated systems.

03 / TERMS

Each engagement is defined.

Deliverables, responsibilities, payment stages, intellectual property, support and acceptance criteria are defined in the applicable proposal or agreement. Ask us before relying on website information for a purchasing decision.

PROJECT INTAKE / DIRECT LINE

Bring the pressure point. We will build the answer.

Tell us what is stuck, expensive, slow or strategically important. We will turn the rough version into a concrete delivery path—with scope, ownership and the next decision visible.

Public prices are indicative starting points, not a quote. Send the brief: if the fit is real, we will shape scope and price together—whether you are a first-time founder, a growing team or a six-figure enterprise programme. Final terms are agreed before build.
